Library of Congress call number areas (For locating Books)

Library of Congress Classification:

Subclass BF, QH, QP

At the Balme Library, the subclass category of text that deals with psychology can be located at the East Book Stack (ground floor). Some of the collection can also be found at the social science sections of the Reference Hall and the Student Reference Library and the Balme Library book donation project. Basic text and course reserves can be found at the Student Reference Reserved collection.

Topics such as the biological foundations of behaviour- the neurons, functions of the brain, vision, hearing and abnormal behaviour can be found and in most cases much elaborative in Biology and Physiology books with (subclass QH & QP) respectively, these can be located at the East Mezzanie.
